Holly Dunham has served on the CSISD Education Foundation board since 2012 and was elected to the CSISD Board of Trustees in 2014. She has served the district in several capacities, including serving as a member of the CSISD Education Foundation, as CSI PTA President, and facilitating the construction of the Intermediate School playground.
Holly and her husband, Mike, have three children: Lauren and Landry, who were CS Cougars from Kindergarten through graduation, and Harrison, who started school at China Spring in 4th grade and graduated from CS. They have 5 grandchildren, who they adore! Mike and Holly are also active foster parents, fostering newborns and infants regularly over the last five years.
Holly has extensive business experience as the former Dealer Principal, General Manager, and Vice President of Waco Hyundai. She also serves on numerous boards and committees for local non-profit organizations, including serving as the Communities in Schools board chair for several years (recently retired) and currently serving on the Isaiah 117 House LAT team and as a volunteer grant writer for Isaiah 117 House. She is an active, lifetime member of First United Methodist Church in Waco.
Holly received both her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Child & Family Studies and her Master’s Degree in Education from Baylor University. After graduate school, she taught in public schools in the Waco area for two years before beginning work at Waco Hyundai. In her spare time, Holly enjoys spending time with her family and former foster children, traveling, photography, reading, and watching sports.
